I've led product across AI, SaaS, healthtech, legal tech, and regulated enterprise. The problems looked different in each one. The patterns didn't. That cross-domain perspective is why I find the angle others haven't considered yet, and why the organizations I join actually execute on the vision.
No innovation theater. No motion mistaken for progress. Just outcomes.
The team that ships consistently outpaces the team with the better plan. I've led both. Consistent delivery isn't a methodology it's a culture. You build it deliberately or you spend your career explaining why the roadmap never quite maps to reality.
Executives who understand how things actually work make faster calls and earn different conversations with engineering. Technical fluency isn't a developer trait it's a leadership trait. It closes the information gap that slows most product executives down.
Most product leaders have one lens. I have five. Every time I've entered a new industry, I've brought a solved version of the problem from somewhere else. Healthcare taught me something legal tech didn't know. Legal tech taught me something enterprise needed. That's what compounding experience looks like.
I've worked with organizations that had excellent OKRs, a clean roadmap, and strong process and still couldn't connect product decisions to business outcomes. The leaders who win aren't the ones with the best methodology. They're the ones who never let the framework become a substitute for judgment.
There's a gap at the senior product level: executives who can own the vision and build the organization that executes it. Most leaders are strong on one side.
Before the product leadership roles, I founded Longscope Consulting, an email encryption company that exited via private equity acquisition, then built Spore Creative — a digital agency serving Virgin Records, Harley-Davidson, Discovery Channel, and Remington Arms. That experience has a quality executive career tracks don't always develop: accountability without a safety net. You deliver or you don't get called back.
Since then: healthcare at 3M, legal tech AI deployed statewide, enterprise platforms at scale. Each domain changed how I see the next one. I'm creative because I've worked in enough places to stop assuming the obvious solution is the right one. I execute because I've lived the cost of not executing. I hold both the vision and the outcome accountable. That's the job.

"I've driven electric motorcycles a thousand miles through Vietnam and built platforms that got deployed in statewide legal systems. The common thread is: commit fully, or don't start."

I sign up for things that stretch the comfort zone, adventure races, driving an electric motorcycle a thousand miles through Vietnam. I bring that same energy to the work: show up, commit fully, and finish.
That's the same operating mode that takes a concept from whiteboard to statewide deployment, or turns a SaaS idea into a multi-tenant enterprise platform. The discomfort is the point.
Open to VP, CPO, and senior product leadership roles.
